Lantana is a founder-led hospitality business based in London, employing about 150 people at the time of working together.
Thread HR was initially hired to support the business with a salary-benchmarking project but was quickly invited to join the team on a more long-term basis to set up the business’s People function.
A big part of this was to select, implement and embed the following systems in the business:
- An ATS (recruitment system)
- An HRIS
- A scheduling system
- An LMS (learning platform)
- A communications platform
All of the above would save the business time and money, whilst improving employee experience, and therefore retention.
This was completed from getting Board sign-off to successful embedding in 9 months following a thorough plan involving a variety of stakeholders.
